Customers confirm they have read and understood all terms, including market volatility and cybersecurity risks, and must verify transaction details before confirmation.

Accurate and complete customer information is required for KYC/CDD and compliance with Thai AML/CFT and other applicable legal obligations.

Customers must use their own accounts and transfer funds/assets only through designated channels; losses from incorrect bank account or wallet details are customer responsibility.

The company may suspend, reject, or cancel orders for legal, compliance, security, or data-integrity reasons. Rates and fees may change according to company notices.

These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes are subject to Thai courts, without prejudice to complaint channels published by the company.
