Required Documents
Please prepare all documents before registering. Required documents differ between individuals and corporate customers.
Documents for Individuals
- National ID card (or passport)
- Copy of bank book page showing an account in the applicant’s name, used for transactions with 1109
- Bank statements covering at least the past 3 months
- Evidence of source of income, such as:
- Salary certificate
- Proof of income
- Evidence of investment asset holdings
- Other documents as required by the company
The company may request additional documents depending on risk level, requested limits, transaction types, or information found during the verification process.
1. Company documents
- Company affidavit (certificate of incorporation), issued within the past 3 months
- Articles of association (if any)
- Memorandum of association (Bor Or Jor 2) and signature certification
- Company registration record (Bor Or Jor 3)
- Shareholder list (Bor Or Jor 5)
- Minutes of the statutory meeting
Documents must be no older than 3 months from the submission date, certified as true copies, and affixed with the company seal (if any).
2. Board resolution for opening a digital asset trading account
- Board resolution or minutes approving the opening of a digital asset trading account with 1109 Prosper Company Limited Download template (Thai) Download template (English)
3. Proof of head office / business address (provide one)
- Utility bill, no older than 3 months
- Bank statement showing the company name and address, no older than 3 months
- Lease agreement with photos of the business premises
Please ensure the name and address on the document match the company’s registered information.
4. Identification of related persons
- Copy of national ID card or passport of authorized signatory directors
- Copy of national ID card or passport of shareholders holding 10% or more
- Copy of national ID card or passport of authorized representatives (if not a director)
5. Financial and bank account documents
- Bank statements covering the past 3 months
- Copy of the first page of the bank book
- Latest annual financial statements
6. Power of attorney
- Power of attorney, where the company has more than one director and/or the representative differs from the directors’ authority stated in the company affidavit Download template (Thai) Download template (English)
Document File Requirements
- Supported file types: PDF, JPG, PNG
- Documents must be clear, fully legible, and not cropped
- Documents must not be expired
- Names on documents must match the applicant or the legal entity
- Do not upload documents belonging to another person unless accompanied by a power of attorney or supporting documents as required by the company
